Living in a dorm or are just lazy, and need a few recipes that you can make in the toaster oven or microwave? Well look no further! Check out these awesome meals you can make with just a few simple ingredients and your trusty microwave and toaster oven.

English Muffin Pizzas:

These are great if you want pizza but don’t want to spend $20 on Pizza Hut.  Also you can probably get 6 meals out of this one if you don’t eat that much.

Ingredients: pizza or pasta sauce, english muffins, cheese.  Optional: Pepperoni


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place halved english muffins on baking sheet.
  3. spread pizza or pasta sauce on top, add your choice of cheese (I like mozzarella), and if you want add any other toppings
  4. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges.
  5. eat!

Microwaved Scrambled Eggs:

Crack two eggs into a microwave safe bowl, add a little salt and pepper, mix with a fork, and pop it into the microwave for 30 second increments until fully cooked.  Stir each 30 seconds.  Top with whatever you want and enjoy!
